75 Days. A classic sweet Capsicum annuum producing long, curved, banana-shaped pods with thick, juicy walls. Pods ripen from pale yellow through orange to bright red, growing noticeably sweeter and richer at each stage. Mild and tangy with no significant heat, they are excellent for pickling at the yellow stage, eating fresh, or stuffing and roasting when fully ripe.

Strong, productive plants yield heavily through summer in warm, sunny conditions with fertile, well-drained soil. A reliable and versatile garden pepper that earns its place in any kitchen garden.
